Check-In/Check-Out
Please observe our check-in and check-out times.
Smoking
Please don't smoke inside the cabin. You are welcome to smoke outside the property; however, please do not litter. You must dispose of cigarette butts in trash-bins.
Toilets
Please don't flush heavy items such as wipes, tampons, tissues, paper towels, hair, dental floss, cosmetics or diapers.
Conserve Energy
Please turn off lights inside and outside when not in use.
Furnishings
Please don't re-arrange the furniture and ensure to take care of all furnishings (your will be responsible for any damages).
Food & Drinks
Please don't drink or eat in bedrooms to avoid any accidental damage to our furnishings. This also ensures the cabin remains bug-free.
Substances
In accordance with Georgia Law, no one is allowed to posses, sell, purchase or distribute illegal drugs on our premises.
Fire Pit
Please ensure to put out the fire pit after use to ensure fire prevention and safety.
Candles
We highly advise and recommend not lighting any candles inside the cabin. Fire prevention and safety is paramount.
Parties & Events
No parties or events are allowed. While we accommodate celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries, please note that the maximum occupancy for these gatherings is 6 guests.
Basic Cleanup
Please cleanup after yourself, pets and service animals.
Mail & Packages
Please don't use our address to receive mail or package delivery, as packages will be forwarded to a P.O. Box and will not deliver.
Guests & Pets
No unregistered guests or pets are allowed in the cabin.
Noise Level
For benefit of our community and neighbors, please keep noise levels at a minimum.
